The Quay Hotel And Spa, Conwy

I recently stayed at this hotel for a spa retreat, and it was a real treat! The spa services were top-notch, and the staff really made me feel special. However, I did encounter some issues with the food quality in the restaurant, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I appreciated the great facilities and the beautiful views, but the dining experience could definitely use improvement.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel. The location offered stunning views of the estuary and Conwy Castle, making for a picturesque experience. While the breakfast and spa facilities were fantastic, the service during the evening meal could have been better, especially with the wait times and the response to an issue I experienced. Still, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms enhanced my visit, making it a good choice for a relaxing getaway.
